**GUEST SERVICES COORDINATOR**

Escape Ordinary manages Holiday Accommodation on behalf of our clients across NI. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a growing company with the aim of offering a unique holiday experience staying in one of our fabulous holiday homes. We are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to assist with processing bookings, answering guest queries and messages in an efficient manner and ensuring our guests have the best possible experience.

**What you can expect as a Guest Services Coordinator**:

- To be the first point of contact for guests, providing remote customer service by responding to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Solve as many guest queries as possible remotely, offering resolutions to issues quickly and efficiently
- Complaint resolution with the assistance of General Manager
- Schedule Housekeeping daily
- Ensure the cleaning standards and presentation are of an excellent standard
- Ensure that maintenance issues are reported and dealt with, ensuring a timely resolution and where needed,
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of linen and consumables and place orders where necessary
- Occasionally visit guests at their property to ensure their needs are met
- Any other administration jobs that may be required
- Occasional out of hours ‘Emergency’ phone coverage required.

Additional duties will include reviewing accommodation, making recommendations on property improvements and making suggestions on how to improve our guests' experience.

**The ideal applicant should have the following skills**:

- Previous experience in customer facing roles, hospitality/hotels is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT literacy including previous use of dedicated systems used for reporting and administrative tasks is desirable
- Strong customer service ethic
- Can-do attitude
- Organised and proactive
- Able to recognise high standards and an eye for detail
- Full driving licence and access to a car
