As Breakfast Supervisor, your role will involve waiting duties, including general cleaning duties, food preparation and stock control. This will include ensuring excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout the breakfast operation. You will work most weekends, reporting to the property's Management Team to maintain the standards and reputation.

As Breakfast Supervisor, you will report to the Management team, taking responsibility for maximising sales, profit and customer satisfaction within the breakfast function. Manage and coordinate activities of breakfast/catering to provide fast and courteous service to patrons. To ensure adequate stock levels are available and ensure the standard of cleanliness and maintenance required by the company is always adhered to.

You will be an excellent organiser passionate about providing excellent customer care. You will have the initiative and drive to help manage the Breakfast department and be willing to help other shifts and departments where needed. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate your team and delegate tasks. You will be friendly and approachable, go the extra mile for our guests, provide highly consistent good service, and lead by example.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage and deliver the company strategy through the Vision & Mission.
- Ensure the company meets 5-star food sage/hygiene requirements.
- Managing the staff to ensure customer service standards are met, and customer enquiries are handled.
- Anticipate guest needs and pro-actively exceed guest expectations at all times;
- Ensure clear communication lines are maintained between breakfast and front of house;
- Help Recruit and train Breakfast Room staff;
- Deliver the highest standards in service and presentation;
- Assist with payroll, staff scheduling and administration;
- Greet guests, escort them to tables when necessary and explain the breakfast setup. Responds to the concerns of patrons.
- Ensure guests are satisfied by walking through the dining area and offering assistance.
- Assign work tasks and coordinates activities of breakfast personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
- Inspect the dining room for neatness and cleanliness and order supplies for tables and serving stations.
- Maintain a clean and organised dish breakdown area with crockery, silver, glassware and utensils.
- Maintain an ample amount of food supply throughout the buffet and breakfast area. Restock glasses, cups, plates, napkins, trays, etc...
- Remove water glasses and coffee cups when required. Clean tables, wipe down salt and pepper shakers, etc.
- Set up the breakfast buffet table and cook off hot items for breakfast service.
- Prepare fresh fruit salads and other foodstuffs.
- Prepare conference food & requirements.
- Report to work for scheduled shift on time and in uniform following company policy.
- Know and complies with all company policies and procedures about this position and its duties.
- Assists in performance evaluations.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the company's internal audit by reviewing audit requirements regularly and ensuring these requirements are met.
- To work alone or with others; a practical approach to work and flexibility.
- To maintain a very high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
- To take action in case of emergency as directed by management.
- Any other duties deemed appropriate by the management.

Hours of Work: Shift Work between 6.00am - 2.00pm. Working weekends.

Usually 7 am - 1pm. 4 or 5 days per week
