Basic duties include;
- overseeing breakfast service
- ensuring high standard of cleanliness and customer service
- supervising breakfast staff
- setting up for breakfast service
- greeting and seating guests
- taking orders
- serving breakfast food
- basic cleaning/reset duties
- ensuring all checklists are completed

**Salary**: £10.75-£11.50 per hour
