JOB TITLE**:Night Supervisor - Temporary**

REPORTING TO: Management Team & Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE: To achieve and maintain the standards and services as set out by the Manager regarding the company vision and mission. To be responsible for the smooth and efficient running and the security of the motel during the night. To prepare and look after the breakfast area in the morning. To set up for conference/meetings as per the rota.

CONTRACT: Casual shifts, including weekends as per rota

LOCATION: Belmore Court & Motel, Enniskillen and the Lodge at Lough Erne

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Fluent English Speaker

Essential skills in English language and Maths

Communication skills

Ability to work weekends

DESIRABLE CRITERIA: Training or formal education in a hotel environment

Previous Night Time work experience

Level 2 - Health & Safety at Work

Fire & Safety Prevention

World Host

Knowledge of the hospitality sector

Customer care skills

**Night Supervisor Casual -** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To have a precise knowledge of the following:

- Accommodation
- To ensure the security of the building and guest at night.
- To prepare and look after breakfasts.
- To set up and make ready conference/meeting rooms
- General cleaning duties, Stock refilling, clearing paths in winter time.
- Checking in of guests after the receptionist has finished their shift.
- Responsible for all night cleaning work and special tasks as requested by management.
- In the event of an emergency to summon management and/or emergency services.
- Maintenance
- To treat all equipment with care and report any faults to the Manager.
- Stock Control
- To keep a careful account of all breakfast stock levels and inform the Breakfast Manager when levels fall to a minimum.
- Social Skills
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times, with a cheerful disposition, reliable and honest.
- Personal Qualities
- To be able to work alone or with others; a practical approach to work and flexibility.
- Additional Duties
- Fire Marshall Responsibility.
- Health and Safety Responsibility.

OCCASIONAL DUTIES:

- To take action in case of emergency as directed by management.
- Any other duties deemed appropriate by the management.

HOURS OF WORK:
Usually working with hours between 10.30pm and 7.30am. Working alternate weekends.

Contract length: 6-10 weeks

Pay: £12.50-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 31.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
