**Contract/Hours: Fixed Term contract for 9 months (possible extension due to maternity leave cover) - Full-Time - 37 hours per week**

**A bit about the role**

The Family Support Hub is a multi-agency network of organisations that provide early intervention services in the area. Based in our office in Omagh or Enniskillen (to be agreed) you will work alongside our Fermanagh Hub co-ordinator to bring together representatives from statutory, voluntary and community sector organisations who work in the local area to provide early intervention family support services.

As our Family Support Hub Coordinator in Omagh you'll work to improve access to early intervention family support services by matching the needs of referred families to the Hub.

The contract initially runs for 9 months. It will enable you to grow your experience and build your network with a wide range of organisations across the region and gain invaluable experience within a great Charity.

**How you'll help to create brighter futures**

Some key responsibilities of the Family Support Hub Coordinator role are;
- Working to improve the co-ordination of early intervention family support services by creating a collaborative network of community, voluntary and statutory providers.
- Improving awareness of early intervention family support services.
- Assessing the level of unmet need for early intervention family support services and informing the relevant outcomes Group.
- Working in partnership with Hub Partners and other agencies building relationships and maintaining them.
- Co-ordinating meetings and forums regularly and chair meetings.

**Let's talk about you**
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health, Social Care or Youth Work.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills
- The ability to work with multi agency partners in safeguarding situations.
- To understand and assess risk of the client group.
- Willingness to undergo an Access NI check.
