Systems Team Admin Assistant

Our company is seeking a System Team Administrator Assistant, the perfect role for someone with excellent administrational skills and a Buying/Procurement background with an interest in IT.

**So, what will you be doing?**
As part of your role, you will work within our IT team and will carry out Buying/Procurement activities for a range of IT services and equipment. You will also provide the team with administrational support: adhering to processes, processing invoices, running reports and maintaining accurate stock levels and records.
**The Person**:
To be successful within this role, you will have demonstrable experience in administration, ideally within Buying/Procurement. You will have strong organisation and time management skills, alongside experience of working to tight deadlines. You will also have:
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.);
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally;
- Flexible working approach
- A positive, can-do attitude, ‘making it happen’, with the ability to work to tight deadlines;
- The ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practise and challenge assumption, finding better ways in completing tasks.
