The role is to provide a focal point of contact for all elements of the eSmart Networks construction team, working across duties from the Civils, Electric and Construction Admin Managers. Responsible for support and assistance with the streetworks and administration element of project delivery. This role will help to ensure the compliance of our construction teams and their works and drive continual improvement in this area.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scheduling and monitoring works into the works planner & update works management systems
- Track labour utilisation and update Key Performance Indicators
- Collate, quality check and archive paperwork returns from site teams and contractors.
- Collating construction work packs for site teams and sub-contractors in line with project management work requests
- Assist and support Project Managers and Construction Managers with the planning and raising streetworks licenses, and any accompanying requirements associated.
- Review and monitor street works schedules to ensure the correct Permits and Resources are in place.
- Deliver & maintain a Council Permit Register for the deployment and management of resource.
- Assist with the management of subcontractors and managing their competencies and insurances.
- Assist the management team in the progression of the team and department, through other projects/ tasks that benefit the wider business and group.

- Excellent organisational skills and record keeping.
