About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing budget control, preparing monthly cost reports, and ensuring cost control throughout the development programme. You will also be required to chair sub-contract pre-order meetings, attend project review meetings, and coordinate with management and subcontractors on site.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in quantity surveying or a related field, familiarity with construction contracts, current building regulations, and industry standards. Experience with COINS and proficiency in MS Word and Excel are essential.
