To support CareCo’s recent growth and development, we are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Systems Department.

Reporting to our Systems Project Manager, you will be responsible for the daily running and maintenance of our internal system. Along with the team, you will assist with supporting the various CareCo departments with queries, and system issues.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Creating new product codes for stock, refurbished stock, and spare parts.
- Creation and processing of Showroom stock takes.
- Departmental calendar to be kept up to date with future requests.
- Producing analysis and performance reports
- Supporting the creation of departmental documentation for the teams’ processes

**What skills are required?**
- Experience using Microsoft Office package, specifically Excel & Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, adopting an analytical and thorough approach.
- Good time management skills and able to prioritise workloads.
- Be a Team player but also have the initiative to work on your own.
