Established in 1991, Sentek Ltd is a well-known producer of electrochemical sensors. These devices can be used in both industrial and laboratory settings. Some of the units we can provide include (but are not limited to) electrodes, cables and connectors, OEM sensors, and numerous conductivity-related accessories.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service/Sales Administrator.

This is a customer facing role with duties including, but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Order entry, work shop orders, invoicing and shipping documents, quotations, filing
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
