Customer Support Administrator

This is a full-time permanent position based out of CareCo’s Braintree site.
**What we do**
- We work hard to resolve customer queries as effectively as possible, discussing solutions and taking a problem-solving approach when necessary.
**Responsibilities**
- Completing all administration tasks for the Contact Centre, in line with the current SLA timeframes.
- Process customer queries in a polite and courteous manner, in line with the company’s values and behaviours.
- Strive for first time resolutions to ensure there is no loss of revenue to the business.
- Assisting all teams with calls and tasks when required to maintain excellent service levels.
- Ensure all contact centre targets and KPI’s are met to ensure service levels remain high.
- Liaise with difficult customers whilst also following the correct complaints procedure when required.
- Building rapport with the customer to ensure the protection of the CareCo brand.
- Providing excellent service to ensure we are retaining existing customers and reducing refunds and goodwill gestures.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Maximising the upsell and cross-sell sales opportunity when appropriate.
**Qualifications**
- 1+ year of administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
- GCSE English and Maths to 4/C or above.
- A passion for customer service and helping people.
**Skills**
- Experienced in dealing with customers, mainly through written communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external customers.
- Effective problem solving and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Previous CRM experience useful, but not essential.

Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
