**Your responsibilities**

Part of the UK HR Team based in Ratcliffe-on-Soar or Brimingham Business Park, you will be aiding in the day to day activities of ensuring processes are followed and providing support to the UK HR team and other Uniper colleagues whilst utilising practical business related skills you've gained in your studies.
- Post employment you will be fully onboarded and introduced to your new colleagues to make you feel part of the team.
- Your initial activities will include working with all of our UK HR teams on site to gain valuable experience in understanding how an international Energy Generation and Trading Company works, and a HR team within the business.
- You will become familiar with various business processes and become a core member of the team.

Key activity for the role will include;
- Supporting the upskilling of the whole UK team to use MS CoPilot in daily tasks
- Utilising and developing a range of skills to help us track and monitor key HR projects
- Supporting enhancing the development of HR MI for the business, improving document management and team infrastructure
- Process and policy review.
- Process mapping and process improvement
- Project support and delivery, for example a project to review and recommend how AI can support or improve our operational tasks, systems and processes
- General support for the team with communications, meetings and event organisation

There will be a lot for you to do but we'll also make sure you have a strong team of experts around you - people who'll be happy to share their experience understanding with you.

A University Student will be:

- Enthusiastic, passionate and inquisitive with the dedication to achieve a career within a business function (not necessarily HR)
- Possessing or working towards a relevant degree level qualification
- Confident in using Microsoft packages with good analytical and commercial skills; demonstrable experience of working with AI and spreadsheets or databases
- Organised and meticulous in all aspects of work, and able to work to strict deadlines
- A willingness to take on new and varied tasks
