Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Summit HR. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the business to achieve its objectives and drive cultural change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and issues.

  • Work closely with senior management to achieve results and implement cultural change.

  • Support the business to develop and implement the People Plan.

  • Develop leadership capability to implement the company strategy.

  • Implement exciting initiatives around employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
