Job Title: HR Business Partner

  • Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and acquisition.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify learning and development opportunities.
  • Build positive relationships with managers and employees to ensure they are engaged with the company vision and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a large business with a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Strong data analysis and project management skills.
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Passion for employee engagement, retention, and development.
