Job Title: HR Business Partner

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our senior management team and driving business outcomes through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address people-related issues and trends
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity
  • Manage high-profile employee relations cases and provide support to employees and managers
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and management capabilities
  • Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and employees
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements
