**The Role - Admin Assistant**

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and hardworking Administrator to work on a temporary basis at one of our offices in the Hammersmith & Fulham area. This person would be assisting with the smooth running of a housing contract performingnumerous different admin tasks that arise during the day.

Hours are 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday and this will be a three week temporary assignment.

**Duties & Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Office administrative systems
- Provide local administrative support/assistance to all managers
- To deal with incoming telephone calls and give support when needed
- Maintaining central calendars, organizing meetings, providing supporting documentation and if required taking and distributing minutes
- To process all incoming and outgoing correspondence
