We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a very prestigious and energetic entertainment company based in West London as a permanent **Office Manager & Administration assistant.**

**Hours**: Full-time
**Salary**: £30,000 per annum
**Start date**: ASAP
**Location**: West London, Office-based Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday (Monday & Friday from home, however office based when required)

The **Office Manager & Administration assistant**will be involved in supporting all teams from Finance, HR, Operation and Directors with duties such as:

- Assist HR & Ops Manager with operations and including immigration; daily admin; maintaining HR related files and records.
- Day-to-day management of IT operations: providing general support to staff; escalating tickets with Helpdesk/Account Manager when needed; coordinating engineer site visits; auditing subscriptions and licenses for cost savings; procurement; co-managing ITprojects with HR & Ops Manager.
- Assist Personal Finance & Ops Manager with submitting and reconciling expense reports, credit card statements and receipts; typing up financial information; taxing company vehicles; assist with the coordination of various household projects, daily admin;maintaining files and records.
- Co-manage Office Security with HR & Ops Manager: (office keys, entry fobs & building cards, office Keyholders)
- Manage general maintenance of alarm system; out-of-hours 3rd emergency contact.
- Support Executive Assistant to COO.
- Assist General Assistant with managing Reception calls.
- Provide holiday cover for General Assistant: assisting with mail/parcel deliveries; courier collections and order office supplies.
- Coordination of office maintenance and building office policies; manage health and safety and fire procedures; reviewing service contracts.
- Provide support and carry out general admin duties/ad hoc requests for the above team members.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with ease.

We are looking for some with a strong understanding and prior experience of support required for an office and its staff function most efficiently and smoothly. **The Office Manager & Administration assistant** must have:

- Strong administrative skills and prior experience, particularly in relation to supporting office operations.
- Clear and effective communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an organised, methodical, and calm approach.
- Pro-active and solutions focused and the ability to operate in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
