**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answering the telephone
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Completing forms by hand and electronically
- Invoicing
- General office admin
- General filing
- Providing clerical support to the office manager as required
- Other adhoc duties as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Be computer literate and familiar with MS Office to a good level
- Good attention to detail with excellent written and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to respond to changing priorities and demands
- Excellent communicator.
- Able to show compassion and empathy

At times you will manage the day to day running of the office and ensure preparations are in place ahead of a funeral. You will need to ensure a comprehensive and effective service is provided at all times to upkeep the reputation of the business.

37.50 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm however flexibility is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
