Are you looking to kickstart your career in sales or business?

Our client is looking for a Business Development Exec to join their vibrant team, based in Henley on Thames. Working with the BD team to maintain current relationships and retain business as well as establish new relationships and obtain new clients.

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided, however a passion for sales and strong communication skills are essential

The role:

- Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective clients through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments
- Continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
- Meeting targets and KPI's
- Build, maintain and demonstrate accurate product knowledge#
- Effectively manage contract negotiations and close new business deals.
- Work with your local team and business function in a way that enhances the company’s Values - Respect, Integrity, teamwork, and ambition.
- Efficiently forecasts future sales revenue to report to the Line Manager.

The person:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service skills
- A good team player
- Strong time keeping and prioritising skills
- Confident, friendly and professional approach
- Motivated and driven to succeed

This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. You will be fully office based and parking is available on site.
