We are keen to recruit enthusiastic motived psychological therapist as we continue to enhance and develop our service to children and families within our multidisciplinary service. You will be joining a committed, experienced team of clinicians who offer a variety of services to our families. We value our different strengths and experiences but also recognise the need for the specialist skills that psychologists and psychological therapists can bring.

To provide a psychological therapy within the Core Community CAMHS Team, including assessment, care planning and case
management of children/young people as determined by need. To provide consultation, supervision and support to other clinical
members of the team who provide care and treatment. To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise
responsibility for the governance of psychological therapy practice with the specialism.

To support the development of our new Managing Strong Emotions pathway, a pathway for children and young people (CYP) and their families who struggle with moderate to severe mental health and emotion regulation difficulties.

NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
