Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a qualified psychologist or DBT therapist, you will be responsible for delivering outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, with the opportunity to also work with adolescents and older adults.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team of clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in providing and supervising a range of NICE-approved psychotherapy interventions, including DBT, CBT, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, EMDR, and Schema Therapy.

You will be responsible for assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to achieve positive outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of new services and programs within the clinic.

Requirements
  • Registration with HCPC as a Registered Psychologist
  • Experience in delivering outcome-based psychological therapy
  • Knowledge of NICE-approved psychotherapy interventions
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
