**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Qualified Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team at St Andrew's Healthcare in Northampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive clinical team, providing outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, adolescents, and older adults.

You will have the chance to deliver evidence-based interventions, including DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and EMDR, and contribute to the development of our therapy services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, collaborating with other professionals, and participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Delivering psychotherapeutic interventions to private and healthcare-funded clients
  • Leading on the delivery of NICE-approved psychotherapy interventions
  • Supervising and mentoring junior clinicians
  • Contributing to service development and improvement initiatives

**Requirements**

  • Qualified Psychologist or Psychological/DBT Therapist
  • Experience in delivering evidence-based interventions
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £44,342 - £57,383 per annum (DOE), plus benefits such as a full UK driver's license and extensive CPD opportunities.

Our outpatient clinic is based in Northampton, with opportunities to work remotely and participate in online therapy sessions.
