Part time - Team Administrator to Internal Audit department
20 - 25 hours per week - Mornings
- Booking travel / accommodation for team members
- Writing tenders and assisting with tendering opportunities
- Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments
- Completion of timesheets
- Assisting team with amending and formatting of reports
- Assisting team with work planning, rolling forward work templates, file administration etc
- Preparation of expense claims
- Billing/invoicing as and when required
- Covering reception on occasion
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role and industry
- Proven diary management skills
- Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite
