A&L Goodbody LLP is a leading Irish law firm seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our Belfast Banking/Finance team on a part-time basis. As an integral member of the team, you will provide essential support to Partners/Fee Earners working in the Banking Team, contributing to the successful delivery of our services to clients.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be involved in complex and high-profile matters, working with an international client base. Your responsibilities as an Administrative Support Professional will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Fee Earners, including preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations;
  • Onboarding all new clients while adhering to the Firm's compliance procedures;
  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings using Microsoft Outlook;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and conferences;
  • Handling invoicing and follow-ups on outstanding invoices;
  • Maintaining filing systems and updating the document management system.
  • Assisting with ISO, Health & Safety, Fire Warden tasks & duties;
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements;
  • Proactive support across other departments as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working as a PA in a professional services environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
