Quick Move Now is the UKs market leading property trader, having bought and sold over 5,500 properties. We offer a fun and dynamic office environment creating happy, motivated employees delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Due to high business volumes an opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our small and friendly Operations Team. This is a new role within the Company, and we are looking for a reliable individual to undertake administrative tasks, to support the wider team in the process of buying and selling property.

**The role**:

- To provide general administrative support to the Operations team.
- Manage instruction and collation of estate agent market appraisals.
- Instruction and collation of property survey reports.
- Instruct property maintenance reports and liaise with contractors to get work completed.
- Update clients and customers on progress
- Proactively manage workload and show initiative.
- Assist with managing utility bills for properties we purchase and sell.

**About you**:

- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills with a polite, confident and friendly manner
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong and confident administration and organisational skills

with the ability to communicate clearly (both written and verbally).
- Strong customer services skills with the ability to liaise with clients and customers.
- Accurate, numerate and computer literate with attention to detail
- Demonstrate a ‘can do ‘attitude and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Positive attitude and a good team player
- Flexible and enthusiastic.
- IT literate and confident use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in administration is essential. Previous experience in the residential property market would be beneficial but is not essential.

Education -Minimum GCSE level with passes in Maths and English.

Normal office hours are 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
