Our client, a specialist Rail & Civil Engineering subcontractor within the Construction sector, is currently looking for a Team Administrator to join their Rail team, where you will support the team with various administrative tasks.

Our client has a growing rail department and this role will entail working with a team who deliver projects across Network Rail’s Wales & Western routes, supporting Project Managers and Operations Manager with daily duties, including but not limited to:

- Document checking.
- Compiling paperwork for site folders.
- Raising purchase orders when Project Managers are unavailable.
- Booking hotels for staff when working away.
- Being a point of contact for the rest of the division to book in things like training & vehicle movements.
- Monitoring work plan to flag up any gaps or issues.
- Assisting Project Managers where required.
- Assisting and booking inductions.
- Raising Orders for PPE for the site staff.
- Completing Timesheets.
- Have worked in a similar Office Admin position before, ideally within the rail / construction sector
- Rail / Construction experience isn’t required but would be useful.
- Be an organised individual, with good I.T skills, including the use of Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Have worked in a busy environment, capable of dealing with last minute changes.
- Be diligent and highly organised.
