**About the Role**:
As the **Head of People & Organisation - Northern Europe**, you will partner with the Northern Europe leadership team, covering key markets in the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. You will lead the People agenda, delivering the 2024 People Plan across Talent, Organisation, Skills, Capabilities, Performance, Reward, and Culture. Additionally, you will oversee HR for our London headquarters, supporting all global functions based there.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic HR Partnership**: Collaborate with the Northern Europe leadership team to ensure alignment and delivery of the People agenda.
- **Change and Transformation**: Drive and support change initiatives, managing projects and transformation efforts to achieve mission goals.
- **Workforce Planning & Development**: Analyse organisational needs, revise role profiles, and implement solutions to meet future business requirements.
- **Recruitment & Retention**: Partner with Recruiting to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a strategic approach to building our team.
- **DEI Leadership**: Promote and achieve DEI targets, integral to our ESG agenda.
- **Talent Development & Succession Planning**: Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and retention strategies to minimize attrition.
- **Compensation & Benefits**: Lead the annual compensation process, ensuring competitive and fair rewards aligned with business impact.
- **HR Leadership**: Drive global HR initiatives, including Leadership Development and the DEI agenda, while fostering engagement and performance.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide strong leadership to the People & Organization team, promoting a culture of performance, care, and passion.

**About You**:

- Extensive experience in HR, with strong business acumen and management expertise.
- Proven generalist skills in employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, succession planning, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, and training.
- Strong analytical abilities to develop HR strategies addressing business needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating hard work and determination.
