**About this role**:
You’ll work closely with your content operations colleagues across Acquisition and Governance workstreams supporting them to help maintain good relationships with all of our markets, assist with operational issues with suppliers, sales and marketing stakeholders and troubleshoot with engineers working across multiple initiatives.

You’ll support streamlining and documenting processes, and reporting, to ensure we’re driving value and efficiencies. Flexibility, a positive attitude about doing large quantities of meaningful work, and a genuine desire to be a part of a fantastic team are what we need. **These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Supporting your teammates and contributing to an open and collaborative environment
- Work with operational colleagues to understand processes and convert best effort workflows into well-documented processes and maintain content databases.
- Ensure market, partner and customer facing documentation is updated appropriately in line with updates to content guidelines and acquisition processes: lead GTM (go to market) efforts with change teams to ensure rollout success.
- Be an advocate for our processes and guidelines: act as a key point of contact for process related queries from in-market teams. Manage queries from across the business and ensure documentation is up to date for all customers.
- Identify the right metrics to measure process adherence and adoption, and develop action plans to improve these metrics.
- Work closely with Data and Analytics teams to identify reporting requirements, and be innovative in finding new ways to measure process success.
- Investigate and troubleshoot errors as and when they are reported
- Act as a point of contact for Content Operations for all documentation and change requirements - build appropriate mechanisms to ensure stakeholders have a seamless experience working with us.
- Support content audits and maintenance to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of content management systems, tools, and processes

- Excellent stakeholder management e.g. with commercial business partners
- Able to contribute to a team but act autonomously e.g. independent decision-making
- Experience of working with assimilation of complex information

**Desirable experience includes**:

- Experience of using content tools such as digital asset management
- Strong data analysis skills for decision making
- Knowledge of photography rights management
- Customer service/helpdesk experience
