This is an exciting opportunity to work in a role with varied duties. You will be working with a small, hardworking, and friendly team. The role will include various administration duties with the aim to develop and have more responsibility.

The role will be office based, with working hours Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 16.45pm and Friday 8.00am - 16.30pm

To undertake filing, faxing, record keeping, photocopying, and distribution of relevant documents

Logging dates accurately for certificates, quality checks, and other important information

Dealing with and client or tenant queries

Ensuring engineer work planners are full on a daily basis

Receiving paperwork from engineers for the previous day and updating IT systems

Raising invoices for completed works

Receiving material invoices from suppliers and updating costings database

Scanning gas-related paperwork and filing in the relevant location

Providing support to members of the management team

Using Google software packages, in particular Google sheets, docs and drive

Deal courteously and efficiently with all customers via telephone

Inputting data onto internal systems accurately

Assisting all members of the team as and when required

Dealing with requests for information

Ensuring Company policies are observed and good practice is encouraged, particularly in the areas of Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, and confidentiality

Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
