**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on service schedules.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records and databases, including client details, job schedules, and inspection results.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and distribute reports on operational activities, project statuses, and team performance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and company policies.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations team, engineers, and other departments to support overall business objectives.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a technical or facilities management environment.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- **Technology**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management.
- **Detail-Oriented**: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
