About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Supervisor to join our team at AO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our administrative staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of administrative staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement and maintain accurate inventory management systems, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, ensuring that our operations are optimized for efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and efficiently.
