**About the role and our team**
We are looking for a well organised and positive individual to join our supportive team as an Experience and Engagement Officer
The Experience and Engagement Team provide a person centred approach to responding to all types of service user, carer and family member feedback, including concerns. The Experience and Engagement Officer has a key role in ensuring that feedback is dealt with effectively, efficiently and with care and compassion.
We are looking for someone with great administrative and organisational skills, to interpret complex information and deliver excellent quality customer service. If this sounds like a role you would enjoy, we'd love to hear from you

A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
