About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing HR plans to support business objectives
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and performance
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers to enhance leadership capabilities
  • Implementing programs to cascade from the broader HR team

A CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification, combined with relevant HR experience, is essential for this role. You will also need to demonstrate a clear passion for driving employee engagement and a proven track record of success in HR.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
