**Purpose of the Role**:
The primary aims of the role are to coordinate, monitor and improve the Company’s approach to quality and the environment.

You will play a vital role in working with staff and managers to ensure that quality and environmental practices are embedded throughout the organisation. Working as a key member of the SHEQ team, the role will involve auditing and assuring we have robust systems and processes that are compliant with ISO standards, regulator/commissioner/funders’ standards, and expectations.

**Role Overview**:

- Complete internal quality and environmental audits on a regular basis and make recommendations for improvement, or take remedial action as required to ensure conformance
- Review all WCCTV processes, in consultation with specific departments and propose/facilitate updates where appropriate
- Coordination of all environmental activities, data gathering, actions and plans to maintain our quality and environmental accreditations and meet business needs
- Review customer complaints to direct additional audits to vulnerable areas of the business
- To review external and internal quality and environmental audit results and liaise with management to ensure appropriate action is taken to correct and improve systems
- Maintain a working knowledge of quality and environmental standards and expectations
