We have an exciting opportunity to begin a career in Quality as an Inspector.

**Duties to include**:

- Inspecting the handle of various fabrics, the coating of them, to check that the colour matches up against the standard.
- Operating a fabric inspection machine and roll and pack products to a high standard.
- Learning the variety of fabric faults and standards required & understanding the different types of fabrics that are on stock.
- Identifying fabrics faults tsuch as weaving faults, dropped ends and dropped picks
- Coordinate the supplier fabric samples and customer order approvals
- Assist with companies claims and Quality alert processes

**You will need**:

- GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English - Desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail (in highly technical fields, the smallest details can have an impact on everything from health and safety to the overall quality of the finished job)
- To be dependable, punctual and reliable
- A willingness to learn and get involved

40 hours per week. 25 days holiday annual + bank holidays and service days. Day time shift Monday - Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
