**Planning Coordinator: £25,500 per annum**

**The Planning Coordinator Role Overview**:

- Planning the installation and decommissioning of WCCTV towers across the UK.
- Liaising with the field engineering team to plan and arrange service visits.
- Booking external transport and contractors.
- Working with the sales team to ensure the accuracy of all information prior to installation.
- Coordinating customer communication to make them aware of the site going live and the processes involved.
- Updating data within the departmental systems - always ensuring accuracy.
- Providing accurate stock allocation & return within the system.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001

**Your Experience**:

- 1 year experience working in a similar planning role is essential.**:

- 1 year experience working in an administrative role.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Office 365.
- Outstanding customer service credentials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work within a team.
