**The role of Sales Support Coordinator**:
As a Sales Support Coordinator you will be the first point of contact and communication for customers.
**Your day-to-day as a Sales Support Coordinator**:
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone enquiries
- Process finance documents, verify customers proofs and package finance deals for payout.
- Produce quotations and finance documents.
- Complete validation calls with customers.
- Adhere to FCA policy of treating customers fairly at all times
**To be successful in the role of Sales Support Coordinator, you will need**:
- Customer service skills
- Be a highly organised individual and able to work prioritise and manage workload.
- Be a strong communicator
