We are currently hiring a Business Support Administrator (part-time) to operate from our Oxford Office. The role is responsible for a wide range of day-to-day activities to ensure the upkeep and smooth running of the office. This role is 20hours per week.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Arranging meetings for senior team members
- Ensuring our internal CRM is kept up-to-date with customer documentation
- Booking accommodation and travel for teams
- Weekly Fire Alarm checks, under the guidance of the Group Business Support & Facilities Manager.
- Arranging lunch and refreshments for visitors.
- Facilitating all office related repairs/maintenance.
- Distributing and managing the daily post.
- Identifying, notifying and escalating customer issues to other teams to ensure the CRM customers receive excellent customer service.
- Ensuring the office is clean and tidy for visitors
- Previous experience in Customer Service / Business Administration is essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and administrative tools
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £20,500.00 per year
