The CRM Executive is responsible for delivering the CRM strategy within a dynamic and growing business area. Your focus will be working on core campaigns and trading activity - engaging our existing customer base with relevant brand messages, product offers and content. As such you will work closely with Customer Data, Analytics & Insight teams as well as Agencies, Commercial Categories & Services teams.

Collaboration and being a competent, mindful team player is crucial for the role, as is being comfortable working across multiple workstreams and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to work in a fast-paced role within retail and who can bring a strong understanding of CRM and customer marketing to the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reporting into the CRM Manager, the CRM Exec is accountable for managing the planning, scheduling, testing and deployment of all customer campaigns ensuring tracking codes are applied correctly to facilitate accurate performance monitoring
- Develop and maintain a content plan that is aligned to customer needs states, utilising existing content and working with the internal studio and content teams to develop new content as required
- Track the weekly performance of campaign KPIs against the team targets and communicate the results to the wider CRM team and key internal stakeholders
- Develop customer insight and present to internal Trading teams to help shape appropriate propositions that are relevant to the target audience
- Ensure that the creative/positioning of communications is aligned with brand values
- Keep a campaign cost tracker to effectively monitor performance and ROI
- Maintain a communication schedule, together with a library of samples and an overview of each campaign
- Managing initiatives and projects outside of weekly BAU deployment, aimed at increasing CRM commercial performance and retention rates
- Assist in scoping and implementing designated CRM activities, including supplier-funded communications

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Meticulous attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude to work
- Great communication & organisational skills, with a strong focus on delivery
- Ability to evaluate creative objectively, always championing the customer’s best interests
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Experience in working with external agencies and suppliers
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Retail experience is preferred
- Marketing or business degree level qualification preferred
