Income Officer

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Income Officer to join a National Charity. This position is full time, Monday - Friday and you will be working from home 1 - 2 days per With a choice of working from their Sunderland, Doncaster, Middlesbrough or Rotherham Office.
You will be required to have a presence in the other offices from time to time, possibly once or twice a month. You will also be able to work from home one or two days a week.
This is a role well suited to someone who has effective negotiation skills and the ability to manage business and customer requirements to a mutually agreeable solution. You will be calm, resilient and able to manage difficult conversations.
They are looking for someone who has experience of working in housing management or has experience within an income related environment.
You will demonstrate their values by bringing your best by working effectively with other teams, and alongside team members to ensure a consistent approach to debt management.
Income Officer Requirements:
- Must have experience within PRS rent, leasehold and shared ownership.
- Experienced in attending court cases.
- Experienced in tracking & monitoring debt recovery action.
- Can drive and happy to travel to travel
- Flexible to work on a hybrid basis.
