Project Support Administrator

My client is a well established, hugely successful company in the Engineering sector. Due to their ongoing growth they have an opportunity for an Administrator to join their Service and Projects team.

The role will be varied and fast paced and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

- Managing incoming customer enquiries and customer expectations.
- Following up on existing quotations with customers.
- Managing incoming order paperwork including handover to other departments.
- Organising current project folders and ensuring all required documents are in the correct place.
- Creating and issuing order acknowledgements.
- Liaising with other departments within the business for project forecasting.
- Managing the Emergency Call Out Contract Register whilst liaising with customers to ensure contracts are renewed when due to expire.
- Ensuring compliance with the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies of the company and its clients.

You should have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work under your own initiative, as part of an office team and manage and prioritise your time effectively together with excellent written and verbal communication skills..

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office software.
