**Affiliate Marketing Coordinator**

**to £27,000 + excellent benefits including free parking on site**

**Central Watford**

**This role is office based Mon, Tues & Thurs with option to work from home Wed & Fri**

**You be responsible for**:

- Building and maintaining customer relationships to understand their needs and business priorities.
- Providing excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
- Manage business negotiations with affiliates.
- Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities using our internal affiliate software system.
- Create interesting affiliate marketing strategies and implement affiliate marketing activity to increase revenue targets.
- Actively be aware of any process improvements with affiliates, their players, or the affiliate system to increase revenue targets. i.e. Develop business strategies to improve the affiliate program.
- Setting marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
- Maintaining open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
- Working directly with company partners in managing their affiliates - actively increasing affiliate and revenue growth on their independent affiliate systems.
- Staying current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
- Communicating with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimisation opportunities.

- Able to work well within our established team whilst also taking individual responsibility for performance.
- Great in your organisational skills - a good planner, able to prioritise and cope well with changing priorities.
- Proactive and self-motivated - can energetically take initiative.
- Confident handling, analysing and reporting on data.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google docs.
- Have a good standard of academic achievement

- 8:30 - 5pm
- 9:00 - 5:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
