**Marketing & Events Coordinator**
**Bilingual position (English/French)**

**WE NEED**

As the Marketing & Events Coordinator you are responsible for developing and maintaining dealer relationships and working with the dealership from the point of initial contact through development and delivery of a successful event or conquest flyer campaign.

Reporting to the Event Support Supervisor, the Bilingual Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining dealer relationships and working to achieve targeted sales objectives. You work with the dealerships to identify opportunities to increase sales; design a successful private sale or conquest flyer package; and, follow up on the success of the program. You work with the internal team of data technicians, production artists and graphic designers to ensure that the program purchased meets the clients’ expectations.

**YOU LOVE**
- Contacting clients regularly to further develop the relationship and provide them with information and opportunities to increase their sales;
- Developing innovative proposals for dealerships;
- Booking events;
- Working with the production team to ensure an accurate and efficient development of a private sale or conquest flyer program;
- Presenting and selling additional products and services;
- Following up to ensure a successful private sale event;
**YOU HAVE**
- University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered);
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English;
- Minimum of three years of successful sales/customer service experience;
- Experience preparing and delivering professional presentations or proposals;
- General knowledge of the automotive sales industry is an asset;
- Able to take ownership and manage a project from start to finish successfully;
- Self-motivated, proactive, persistent, and driven to succeed;
- Professional with a “do what it takes” attitude to get the job done, and have a high level of enthusiasm with everything you do;
- Ability to develop client relationships that grow year over year, always prepared to act as a consultant and resource to clients;
- Ability to deliver professional presentations;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and possess excellent interpersonal skills;
