This role is perfect for someone with a strong strategic mindset, ready to take ownership of digital marketing performance, provide data-driven insights, and lead initiatives that drive growth and innovation in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the key link between marketing and leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise performance across digital channels like Affiliates, SEO, Paid Search, Mobile App, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
  • Develop dashboards to consolidate metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Monitor and optimise ROI and budget allocation.
  • Identify cross-channel opportunities and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Collaborate with compliance to ensure all activities meet regulatory standards.
  • Present regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance outcomes.
  • Support and up skill marketing teams while fostering strong partnerships with industry leaders like Google, Meta, and AppsFlyer.



Essential Skills & Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer).
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, performance reporting, and project management.
  • Experience with compliance and responsible gambling principles is desirable.
  • Knowledge of BI tools and performance marketing is a bonus.
