The company is an award-winning family owned property development specialist with over 35 years’ experience focusing on high-quality desirable homes in London & the South-East. This small-medium company is full of ‘people’s people’ with a friendly and welcoming sociable atmosphere where repeat business is at the centre of their business. They offer a stress fee service to their clients and work on a partnership basis to ensure the end product is as desired. With 4 divisions within the group this role is for the development arm focusing on Affordable Housing; Housing Associations; Local Authorities building long term relationships with a circa £100m turnover.
**About the Role**:
Our client is in need of an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their Business Development and Marketing Team at their offices in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis.
**Duties include but not limited too**:
- Preparation and submission of PQQs and ITTs.
- Managing and co-ordinating tender submissions with internal stakeholders, primarily
- estimating.
- Producing original graphics and images for documentation to accompany bids and other
- submissions.
- Maintaining and updating MS Outlook Calendar with tender return dates.
- Maintaining library of project information.
- Monitoring and ensuring that all accreditations and certifications, listed below, are up to
- date and current:
- Exor, Safemark, CHAS, Constructionline, Investors in People and ISO.
- Maintaining and updating company contacts database using MS Dynamics CRM system.
- Providing information for and assisting the Pre-Construction Director with internal reporting
- for weekly and Board reports.
- Sourcing opportunities and following up on leads for potential work.
- Recording, monitoring and progressing leads, opportunities and tenders using MS
- Dynamics CRM system.
- Monitoring Framework renewals.
- Providing information for updating group and individual group companies’ web pages.
- Keeping abreast of the market, market conditions and competitors.
**About the benefits / rewards**:
The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary up to £45,000.

- Will be comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Have previous experience in either a main contractor or developer
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
