**About the role and our team**

Join our team based at Noble’s Hospital as a Clinical Administration Assistant

Within this role, you will provide a full range of general administrative support to the Clinical Secretarial Teams.

You’ll be part of our small and friendly Clinical Administration Team, playing a key role ensuring patient letters are scanned to their medical records and are posted to them and their GPs. As well as this, your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Scanning referral documentation into electronic forms
- Processing correspondence and other patient documents
- Ensuring post is opened, sorting and acknowledged - manually or electronic
- Identifying and maintaining stocks of stationery and office supplies
- Answering telephones and responding to queries within remit, from patients, Nurses, Doctors, Clinical Secretaries, GP surgeries etc.
