As a Junior Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their daily office operations. As a Junior Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their daily office operations. You will provide administrative support to various departments, assist in maintaining a well-organized office environment, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence handling.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Front Desk Reception:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Office Organization:

- Ensure the office space is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to address maintenance issues promptly.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets as required.
- Assist with data entry and data management tasks as needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Support Various Departments:

- Collaborate with different teams to provide administrative support as needed.
- Assist with special projects, research, and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Work with the HR department on new employee onboarding processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and systems.
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
