**About the role and our team**
Join our Clinical Administration Team as a Secretary at Noble's Hospital
Within this role, you will undertake a full range of secretarial duties, including copy typing, audio and word processing together with a range of administrative support duties within the clinical secretary team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Composing and typing routine correspondence, memos, letters and reports
- Answering telephones, responding to referrals and requests for information
- Filing correspondence, investigation results and records
- Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
- Arranging meetings and meeting materials

**Additional information**
Please note a standard police check is required for this post, which Manx Care will cover the cost of for you. Please note if you have lived for more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 5 years, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from the appropriate authorities in the relevant locations, please read the guidance about how to obtain this letter.
