**Job Title: Administrator**

**Location: Lister Road, Runcorn WA7 1TW**

**Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm**

**Trust Location: Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust**

A leading provider of community health services in the north west of England. Providing high quality community and specialist services to people living in Halton, St Helens, Warrington and Community Dental work. The majority of services are delivered in patients’ homes or at locations close to where they live. Such as: clinics, health centres, GP practices, community centres and schools.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries in an efficient, tactful and professional manner.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to health professionals within the department and to provide a customer focused service to the users of the clinics
- Administer clerical work of the department, including arranging appointments and clinic organisation.
- Take part in staffing a central booking system to have an efficient approach to appointment management.
- Carry out general reception duties where required maintaining a neat and tidy reception environment.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Experience of working in a healthcare environment (desirable)
- Systm1 experience (desirable)
- Fully proficient with Microsoft office packages (essential)
- Evidence of a strong administrative background
- Excellent customer service skills
