**About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services**
A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.
Accommodation to us doesn’t just mean a roof over your head and shelter from the elements. It needs to be a welcoming and flourishing environment, offering opportunities for all those we support to feel comfortable and develop. **About the Job**
The job role is to support the Area Manager, Service Manager, and Project Leads in the delivery of an efficient, responsive, and customer focused housing management service.
Changing Lives provides a comprehensive managing agent service to Halton Housing and YMCA Blackburn, providing the management of majority of landlord activities on its behalf and facilitating continuous improvement in allocations & lettings, income management & rent arrears recovery, complaints and Anti-Social Behaviour, and general tenancy & estate management.
The post-holder will manage administrative responsibilities for Halton Lodge and Brennan Lodge.
To assist Area Manager with admin tasks for Northants and Westminster region also.
